On February 13th Teleios re-launched the Match Dominator mobile app for the UEFA Champions League which runs until 6th June. Match Dominator is a mobile app which lets football fans predict match scores while competing with their friends and other players for points, as well as the coveted spot at the top of the leader board. The app was originally launched last year (2014) for the World Cup tournament, and after the overwhelming response through participation that we saw from football
enthusiasts locally and overseas, we realized that we had to be ready for the next major event in the football calendar. So we set our sights on the Champions League, however this time, Teleios partnered with Heineken Trinidad as the main sponsor. “Dominators” as we refer to participants, are able to win from a range of prizes with each round based on the number of accurate match predictions they make. Prizes include Heineken and UCL branded gear, a foosball table and a grand prize of $10,000 TT cash.
Although we were pleased with the app for the World Cup, we thought that we could do so much more with this opportunity. Why not create an app that provides people with an experience beyond predicting scores and gaining bragging rights? Months of work went into making this app what it is today. Since the World Cup we’ve made improvements and added features to enhance the user experience such upgrades to the user interface, inclusion of video content and rewards (yes- PRIZES!) . The
process helped us to expand our knowledge of and experience with Microsoft Azure as well as what is involved in the mobile application space . At the end of the day, we want to ensure that everyone that interacts with Match Dominator has an excellent and enjoyable experience. We wanted an app that is appealing and engaging, which attracts participants to want to come back again and again.
If you’re a fan of the beautiful game and want a piece of the action, we encourage you to download and try the app. It is available in the Google Play, Windows and iOS App stores. Feel free to check out the website for more information at www.matchdominator.com and follow us on Twitter @MatchDominator to find out who claimed the title of Match Dominator. #KeepDominating
