All hosted MessageCentral solutions are configured and managed from conception to final execution via our highly trained team of professionals. SMS Services are setup to defined specifications after extensive consultation with the client on the nature of the service being hosted on the MessageCentral platform. For business solutions, Teleios will provide full co-ordination with the operators of the mobile network for execution of services. Every stage of the process right down to the acquisition of a short code will be undertaken by Teleios.

Maintenance and Support options are standard features of all Teleios hosted applications, offering a full range of daily or weekly reports as needed. Database storage for participant records and a transaction log of all activities can be hosted by Teleios, with additional storage options available. All of this comes with 24/7 availability of the application with complete technical and service support available.
