Ronald Hinds - Chief Executive Officer and Chairman

Ronald is a co-founder of Teleios and through his  leadership Teleios has become a dominant player in software development and mobile services in the Caribbean and is widely regarded as one of Trinidad and Tobago’s most visionary business leaders.

Prior to founding Teleios, he served in several key positions in the financial services sector. Ronald served as Managing Director of, a leading Life Insurance company as well as Managing Director of a leading stock brokerage firm. He is also a past Chairman of The Trinidad and Tobago Stock Exchange and has served on a number of government appointed committees and corporate boards.

Ronald has unique creative insight and practical perspectives on current issues such as business strategy, entrepreneurship, information technology and resource development.

He is a leading advocate for the use of Information and Communications Technology as a catalyst for national and regional development. With a strong conviction that Caribbean people have the creative capacity to define and develop relevant, indigenous solutions, Ronald believes the corporate sector must serve as a key facilitator in maximizing this latent potential.

Kevin Khelawan - Chief Operating Officer

Kevin is a co-founder of Teleios Systems and is responsible for the day to day operations of the company. He also works closely with the CEO to plan the strategic direction for Teleios.

Kevin was responsible for the design and development of a number of the company's solutions including the first version of our flagship MessageCentral Mobile Messaging Service Delivery Platform and our pension administration solution. With over 20 years of professional experience in the computer industry, Kevin has been involved in software development with a wide range of technologies for multiple industries including the airline, media, agricultural and shipping industries.

He was also the founder and president of the Trinidad and Tobago Microsoft Software Developer's Group. A graduate with a BSc (Hons) from Barry University in Miami, Kevin was one of the first .NET developers in the region and was the first person in the English speaking Caribbean to receive the Microsoft MVP (Most Valuable Professional) award.

Managers

Dale Wilson - Manager, Information Technology

Dale is responsible for our network and security infrastructure, data and business intelligence services and product & service support. His previous experience in database development and administration as well as programming gives him a unique insight into the IT needs of Teleios as he leads his team in providing support and services.

Christopher Ferguson - Manager, Consulting & Solutions Group

Christopher is charged with the responsibility for delivering intranet portals, internet web sites and custom applications. He provides a unique combination of domain knowledge and software development skills in deploying internet solutions.

Cordell Lawrence - Manager, MessageCentral Group

Cordell works in the area of architecture and development of services on the MessageCentral Platform. Cordell brings experience as a software engineer with direct experience and expertise in internet communication technologies as well as design, development and testing of systems and software.

Gillian Hinds - Manager, Operations

Gillian graduated from the University of the West Indies with a degree in Management Studies and Psychology. She joined Teleios in 2004 and is responsible for Office Administration, Human Resource Management and Accounting.
